The Picture Lady

Late October we went and had our family and Addison's one-year pictures taken. Of course, we went to our FAVORITE photographer: The Picture Lady (aka Melissa Laggis). As with our wedding photos that she took, we were not disappointed! We came away with some great images on canvas and paper. The hardest part of the session was picking out which pictures we wanted to use. Luckily, we were able to get a proof set so we can look at ALL of the pictures whenever we want!!

The Picture Lady is one of those people who you feel instantly comfortable with. She has a personality that does not stop! She welcomes you as if you were her most valued client ever. Addison took right to her and when we left, she gave Melissa multiple hugs (and even patted her back)!! Melissa was incredibly patient with Addison letting her run lap after lap around the studio. And trust me, Addison needed the exercise . . . she had been sitting all day on the plane and in the car to get to Wasilla!!
